My background is in digital media production and education, but I’ve worn a lot of hats. After working in Academic Technology at Carleton College, I moved to Reclaim Hosting, where I tackled everything from account management and billing to tech support and client projects to marketing and community events.
At heart, I like to create things that help people make sense of their digital worlds, whether that’s documentation, zines, or professional development courses. I’m blending organization and imagination — part project manager, part designer — to make technology more human, more approachable, and just a little bit more fun.

Communication
Life’s complicated, but communication doesn’t have to be. Whether it’s writing documentation, managing social media, or creating email newsletters, I can translate complex ideas for any audience while keeping things clear, informative and engaging.
Project Management
Whether it’s designing a custom workshop or overseeing a client migration, I keep teams on track with a meticulous eye for detail. No one is psychic, but with clear goals, smart timelines, and good planning, I don’t need to be.
Events
I’ve planned conferences, hosted workshops, and presented on everything from social media in educational technology to starting your own newsletter. Count on me to keep things structured, lively, and always interesting!
Creative Work
I love exercising my creativity, and I’ve worked in a lot of mediums. Writing zines? Check. Directing short films? Check. Recording podcasts? Check. Designing graphics? Check. I’m always looking for my next project.
Customer Service
As an account manager, I’ve worked with professionals at all levels, from boots-on-the-ground technicians to faculty to C-suite executives. I know how to meet someone where they’re at and find a way forward together.
Technology
On the tech side: WordPress, Docker, Adobe Creative Suite, Python, Java, R, and more. On the people side: troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical writing. And what I don’t know, I pick up quickly.
